About OC Plumbing Pros
A licensed Orange County plumbing company built on one idea: give people the straight story, fix the problem, leave the house clean.
We Started Because Homeowners Kept Getting the Same Bad Deal
If you have called a plumber in Orange County before, you probably know how it goes.
You call about a drain. Someone shows up, pokes around, and then reads you a number that has nothing to do with what they quoted on the phone. You feel stuck. You say yes because water is backing up in your kitchen and you do not have time to wait for a second opinion.
That is how it went for a lot of people. It is not how it should work.
OC Plumbing Pros started because the people behind it had watched that happen too many times — not from the outside, from the inside. They had worked for companies that ran that play and they did not want to anymore.
So they built something different. A small team of licensed plumbers. Every price in writing before a tool comes out. Upfront pricing on every job. No pressure to buy things you did not call about.
"I spent years doing the work right and watching the invoice change at the door. I got tired of it. So did the guys I trusted. We started OC Plumbing Pros because we knew we could do this better — and because homeowners in this county deserve better."
— Michael T., Lead Plumber & Co-founder
Our Mission
We are here to be the plumber people in Orange County actually trust. Not the plumber they call and immediately dread. The one their neighbor tells them about. The one they call back five years later because it went right the first time.
That means showing up on time. It means explaining the problem before quoting. It means fixing what you called about and leaving your home cleaner than we found it. And it means standing behind the work after we leave.
Who We Are
OC Plumbing Pros is a licensed, insured plumbing contractor serving all 34 cities in Orange County, California.
Our plumbers are California state licensed journeymen and contractors. Every person who enters your home has passed a background check and carries full insurance, including workers compensation. We carry full insurance, including workers compensation.
We work on residential and commercial plumbing — from a single clogged drain to full slab leak repairs, water heater replacements, and sewer line work. If it runs water in Orange County, we handle it.
We know this county. Not just the freeway exits but the homes. The difference between a 1965 galvanized Fullerton house and a 1978 copper Yorba Linda house and a 2005 PEX Aliso Viejo condo. Hard water, clay soil, aging pipes. That experience is not in a manual. You get it from doing the work.

How We Work
Every service call follows the same four steps. No surprises. No guessing.
We answer the phone
A real person picks up, 7 days a week including holidays. You tell us what is happening. We ask the right questions and send the right plumber with the right parts.
We show up
You get a time window. We call when we are on our way. Our plumber arrives in a marked truck, introduces himself, and listens before touching anything.
We explain, then we quote
We find the problem and tell you what is going on in plain words. Then we give you the full price in writing. No charge for the visit. You say yes or no — that is your choice, not ours.
We fix it and clean up
We do exactly what we quoted. If something changes mid-job, we tell you before we keep going. When we are done, we clean up. Your house looks the same — just without the problem.
What We Will Not Do
We think this matters as much as what we will do.
Some companies call it a diagnostic fee or a service call fee. We do not charge it. You pay when we fix something.
The price we give you in writing is the price you pay.
You called about a drain. We clear the drain. If we see a real safety issue, we tell you once and let you decide. That is all.
We put down drop cloths, keep the work area tight, and clean up when we finish. Dirty water on your floor is not acceptable. It never was.
Why Orange County, and Why Now
Orange County homes face a tough mix: hard water, a large share of homes built before 1980, and clay soil that shifts with the seasons and puts stress on pipes underground. That combination is why slab leaks, worn out water heaters, and aging copper are such common calls here.
Slab leaks, worn-out water heaters, and corroded pipes are not rare events here — they are expected. The homeowners dealing with them deserve a plumber who knows the county, gives an honest picture, and fixes the problem without an invoice that takes your breath away.
That is what we are here to do.
